Thaddeus M. Lubbers, Managing Member Thaddeus M. Lubbers is a licensed life & health agent in the State of Michigan and Managing Member of lubbers & associates, llc a specialized consulting firm. Thaddeus M. Lubbers received Bachelor's degrees from Trinity Christian College in Business Administration and Calvin College in German. He also has completed his Master's degree in Business Administration from Western Michigan University. In the corporate world, he worked for Castle Metals, Inc. in the steel industry and Freightliner of Grand Rapids, Inc in the transportation industry. His experience also includes instructing seven years for Covenant Christian High School where he taught courses ranging from Applied Economics to Conversational German. Married for thirteen years, Mr. Lubbers is the father of six children. As Managing Member of lubbers & associates, his responsibilities include training and assisting individuals, businesses, and professionals, and providing a resource of expertise to them in specialized areas. An entrepreneur at heart, Mr. Lubbers has started, owned, run and sold a variety of businesses, and understands businesses from the inside out. He conducts financial aid and college funding seminars to help people make the college experience affordable. In addition, he works with small businesses and individuals to challenge them to create real value. In addition, he frequently speaks to businesses, groups, and organizations on topics relating to profit improvement, performance enhancement, and motivation. Jessica Musser From answering the phones to scheduling appointments and processing all the necessary forms needed to reach your goals, Mrs. Jessica Musser is responsible for handling most of the daily operations of our office.  Jessica has been in the insurance and investment business for thirteen years and comes with an extensive customer service background.  Jessica has been married for eight years and has one precious little boy.

Lisa Berg Mrs. Lisa Berg has her health and life insurance licenses from the State of Michigan and has a strong background in customer service. Mrs. Berg specializes in health benefits and employee benefit knowledge. Lisa has worked in the insurance industry for more than eighteen years. With classes in LOMA and CEBS, Mrs. Berg understands the insurance industry and works to help businesses and individual to reach their goals. Married for sixteen years, Lisa is the mother of two wonderful children.

Joseph W. Maczuga Joseph W. Maczuga is a Life Insurance Counselor in the State of Michigan and President of Capital Planning Strategies, Inc. a comprehensive financial planning firm. Entering the insurance and securities industry in 1973, he was recognized as a top producer by such companies as Western Reserve Life, Mariner Financial, First National Life, American Skandia, American Investors, Kansas City Life, First Commonwealth, and ProEquities. His personal practice is concentrated in the area of Corporate and Business Planning, Executive Enhancement Benefits, Estate Planning, Tax Advantaged Engineering, Wealth Accumulation and Asset Protection Strategies.
